 Xerox Phaser 6010 is actually an LED printer; rather than
lasers, an LED array draws the page image onto the print drum. Among other
advantages, LED technology uses less power and costs less to manufacture. At
15.5 x 12 x 9.2 inches (WDH), it’s compact, with a relatively small footprint,
making it a good choice as a personal printer in any size office or a shared
printer in a small office. On the top of the unit, to the left of the output
tray is the control panel, comprises four buttons, a four-way cursor, and a
two-line, 16-character monochrome LCD display and a switch on the right for turning
the machine on and off. Although you won’t find Wi-Fi connectivity on this
model, you can connect to a network via Ethernet; you’ll find the Ethernet,
USB, and AC-power connectors around the back of the machine. This model prints
up to 15 pages per minute in black and up to 12 pages per minute in color. One
of the cons using this printer is the expensive toner cartridges it needs: 106R01627
